Exactly what I wanted; slightly too tight; fixed overnight with a shoe stretcher.

I was wary of buying a custom made shoe on line but the pictures showed exactly the color and shape I wanted. When I received them I could put them on and walked a few miles but they still felt tight. I figured that with enough wear that would change, but I bought a shoe stretcher and applied it overnight. Now they fit perfectly and look very stylish.

Very well crafted shoe. Was slightly bigger on my foot - discussed with the team and they were very responsive. They immediately dispatched a custom made insole that resolved the issue and the shoe fits perfectly. Customer service was very responsive and attentive. Overall, very pleased. I will be ordering more shoes through this outfit.
